I love Le Creuset and the color red!! I would really like to make a Chicken Pot Pie in the large Le Creuset so I can share it with my entire family. The small one would be for a roasted vegetable dish with eggplant and peppers and I still have to think about what else to add.

  3. I would make braised chicken with tamarind, apricots and currants on a bed of rice. With the smaller bakers dish I would make Apple Crisp for dessert (OMG, I’m making myself hungry)! BTW, thanks for contacting me again on my blog. (In case I’m lucky enough to win, I have a California address for mailing). I’m sharing your link on FB.

  4. I would make a beautiful ( Forloren Hare ) Danish Frickadelle Meat loaf!! Ground pork tenderloin , herbs ,onions, shallots, smoked bacon, malabar black pepper and let it slow cook with bread crumbs and herbs on top! serve with a Syrah/Port reduction ,garlic massed potatoes, baby carrots !

    pick me pick me !!!

Love the new website, Judit & Corina!!!

In the small bakers dish, I’d bake my parsnip, potato & St. Gall cheese gratin.

To accompany it in the large dish, I’d prepare stuffed baked rainbow trout.

I would make your Country Roast Chicken dish, and also a Carne Asada dish using local ingredients from a wonderful Mexican Market/restaurant here in town, Twin Falls, ID.
