I love Le Creuset and the color red!! I would really like to make a Chicken Pot Pie in the large Le Creuset so I can share it with my entire family. The small one would be for a roasted vegetable dish with eggplant and peppers and I still have to think about what else to add.

  3. I would make braised chicken with tamarind, apricots and currants on a bed of rice. With the smaller bakers dish I would make Apple Crisp for dessert (OMG, I’m making myself hungry)! BTW, thanks for contacting me again on my blog. (In case I’m lucky enough to win, I have a California address for mailing). I’m sharing your link on FB.

  4. I would make a beautiful ( Forloren Hare ) Danish Frickadelle Meat loaf!! Ground pork tenderloin , herbs ,onions, shallots, smoked bacon, malabar black pepper and let it slow cook with bread crumbs and herbs on top! serve with a Syrah/Port reduction ,garlic massed potatoes, baby carrots !

    pick me pick me !!!

Love the new website, Judit & Corina!!!

In the small bakers dish, I’d bake my parsnip, potato & St. Gall cheese gratin.

To accompany it in the large dish, I’d prepare stuffed baked rainbow trout.

your new website looks very delicious! Congratulation, and please subscribe me to your newsletter. My kitchen is also accented in red and I love red dishes and cookware! I would make your Country Roast Chicken dish, and also a Carne Asada dish using local ingredients from a wonderful Mexican Market/restaurant here in town, Twin Falls, ID.
