Rosa Regale is produced by Banfi and is made with Brachetto grapes grown in the ‘La Rosa’ vineyard that is located in Acqui Terme, a historic town. Produced using the Charmat process known as the Metodo Charmat-Martinotti (or Metodo Martinotti) where the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation process. For this beautiful cranberry hie there was brief skin contact during fermentation.
